Discovery of Ordovician land plants
Acta Palaeontologica Polonica 04 (1), 1959: 1-9
In Ordovician erratic boulders land plants remains were found. They could be considered as more primitive than Psilophytales, and probably as the most primitive land plants. Two new genera: Musciphyton gen. nov. and Hepaticaephyton gen. nov. are distinguished.
