On two carnivores from the Pliocene breccia of Węże

The remains of mandibles and teeth of two species: Felis wenzensis n. sp. and Baranogale helbingi Kormos are discussed. By their characteristic features the species described here come near to the Pleistocene representatives known from some deposits of Europe.
