Fossil Flabellum (Scleractinia) of Antarctica

A new ahermatypic scleractlnian coral, Flabellum rariseptatum sp.n., belonging to the Flabellum thouarsii-group of species, has been described from Tertiary glacio-marine sequence of the Cape Melville Formation cropping out at the
King George Island, South Shetland Islands, Antarctica.
